Switched on accountant needed for prestigious private banking client involved in complex structured products, fiduciary deposits, sophisticated long term debt issuance and private client loans. The position includes maintaining strong control of the profit and loss account, balance sheet and off balance sheet. Monthly tasks include: • Financial control and preparation of US GAAP, IFRS and CH GAAP monthly accounts. • Preparation of local regulatory returns (Basel II driven). • Ongoing development of Management Information reporting. • MI review and analysis. • Liquidity and financial risk monitoring. • Preparation of board reports. • Managing Quality Assurance Reviews and liaising with external auditors as required. • Preparation of local tax returns.
