The purpose of this role is to provide an efficient technical support service for the Bank's computer systems. In addition, the job holder will be asked to source quotes and place orders for the purchase of IT equipment, report problems to third party maintainers/support companies and liaise with those companies to ensure resolution of problems. This is a part-time role, working in the afternoons. |
