- Part qualified or willing to undertake study for a professional qualification such as STEP, ACCA ?
- Experienced within either an administrative or accounting role ?
We have a super role here with our out of town trust company client.
- Assist with administration of Trust, Company and other Private Client relationships
- Assist with drafting trust and company minutes and correspondence to clients.
- Handle telephone callers with confidence.
- Understand the fundamental techniques of book-keeping and financial record keeping, assist with accounts preparation as and when required.
- Meticulous in the filing of correspondence, documentation, bank statements and important documents.
- Recognise problems and areas of difficulty at an early stage.
- Communicate fully and meaningfully with colleagues and superiors.
- Maintain a good knowledge of company secretarial, compliance and anti-money laundering practice.
- Understand the meaning and practical application of confidentiality.
