~ Trust Officer


Our client is a small trust entity and needs you for the following :

Administration of a defined portfolio of client company and trust structures and administrative tasks relating to the structures to include;

Contact with relationship managers and clients principally by email, telephone and attendance at client meetings.

Actioning client requests including arranging distributions/loans/other payments.

Review of legal agreements.

Drafting of Trustee resolutions and company minutes.

Liaison with investment advisors, asset managers and other third parties regarding client affairs as necessary, monitoring transactions in accordance with set guidelines and directives.

You will be an excellent communicator, relating well across the board and with the ability to work well as part of a cohesive team.  Ideally you will have commenced a training programme towards STEP/ICSA or already have achieved this.

This is an opportunity to develop your experience within a small dedicated team.
